Start there. A second console is a big expense to justify for one game. Put your existing equipment into the planner before considering upgrades.
A compact desk and a sofa across the room need different screens. Measure your space. A high refresh-rate specification alone is not a reason to replace a screen you enjoy.
Keep your chair, controller and working audio. Add storage when you know your free space and actual installation needs. Leave optional subscriptions and decorative lighting out of the essentials.
